Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships, along with tracking information where available.

Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Fragile items are wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in sturdy boxes.

Please inspect your package upon delivery and report any damage within 24 hours.

For commercial orders or bulk purchases, special delivery arrangements can be made. Contact us directly to discuss:

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you deliver on weekends?

Yes, we offer Saturday delivery in Accra for an additional fee. Sunday deliveries are not available. Please select the Saturday delivery option at checkout or contact us to arrange.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Address changes can be made within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may have entered processing. Contact us immediately via phone or email and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

What happens if I'm not home during delivery?

Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. If no one is available, they will leave a notice and attempt redelivery the next business day. After two failed attempts, the order will be held at their depot for pickup or returned to us.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes as a physical address is required for delivery confirmation. Please provide a street address with landmark information for accurate delivery.
